How do I know so much about stress?
Just like many of you, I have had a lot of stress in my life, severe stress, at times stress was terrible.
At times it was just a little bit.
I have struggled.
I have tried out many things, meditation, psychology, yoga, laughing yoga, forgiveness work, art therapy, mindfulness, groups, workshops, seminars, having experts coach me; if it's out there I have probably tried it and used it.

Unfortunately, I still struggled. I searched, explored, and tested pretty much everything available to find relief.
And then, in 2005, I finally found something which really worked, much faster, much deeper, than anything I tried before.
I didn't really know why it worked.
But after just five weeks of using these new methods I felt like a different person.
I was calmer and clearer, felt more at ease deep in myself, had less aches and pains, and was just happier and healthier all around.
You know how it is when you suddenly feel really good for a moment.
The amazing thing was that now I felt great most of the time.
And I really was healthier, less tense, virtually no headaches and back aches, rarely a cold of which I had a lot before.

I started a study group and began teaching the techniques.
I just had to pass on that amazing technology to the people around me.
And they had the same nearly miraculous results.
I am not a therapist or health professional.
Actually I was a productivity expert and business process improvement specialist.
So naturally I use those skills to learn and improve what I find about stress and use it now in my coaching and teaching.

It is clear now what is needed to really get rid of stress and maintain a low stress level of life.
