By MN I would like to recommend this book to all people whose families or friends are suffering from anxiety, bad sleep, or any other kind of stress. In this book, there are many examples of the author’s experiences of curing people from tragic trauma, and even small stresses, by the stress management method called Meridian Tapping. This type of stress management is effective even when the person is not aware of the cause of his/her stress. I was surprised by the episode where a baby stopped screaming on an airplane using the author’s Meridian Tapping. The method is very useful and easy, so you can start tapping as soon as you read this book!
