In my lifelong struggle with stress I have used most available techniques to help me find relief. Many of those techniques have a good purpose and can be helpful. However, I have not found any of them, even after years of practice, to reduce or eliminate the very root cause of the stress deep in the brain. These techniques help you deal with the results of stress. To eliminate the source of stress you need both the basic neuroscience to understand the creation of stress and the new technology used by SciStress to eliminate the root cause of your stress.

Yes, SciStress techniques are natural, safe and easy to use with friends or family once you have become proficient yourself. We recommend that others learn the techniques for themselves just like you from the book or future training. 8. Who is Fred George Sauer?
Fred is a writer, trainer and coach for SciStress. By training he is a business process improvement and productivity expert. He has two master's degrees in engineering. In his childhood, Fred was exposed to the horrors of war, hunger and poverty. Those problems caused him to wrestle with deep internal stresses for much of his life. After he learned the new technology on which SciStress is based his life immediately improved with greater well-being, better health and youthfulness. 9. I want to keep my problems to myself. Do I have to tell anybody to get results?
No! Your privacy and comfort are the first priority. You do not need to disclose your stress issues if you don't want to. How is that possible? Because YOU know your issue and only YOU use the techniques to reduce or eliminate the stress this causes you. All Fred needs to know is how intensely you feel that stress.
