When I write about stress and how to defeat stress, it doesn't really make a difference whether you are man or woman.
For all humans stress is generated the same way.
It's generated in the same place in your brain.
But there are a few very subtle differences how this works for guys and girls.
Why is that? Question:
Has your woman, or for that matter any woman, driven you crazy because she talks about 10 different things at the same time?
Have you ever driven her crazy because you want to solve her problem, want to fix it, and she just wanted you to listen to her? ...
You are a "Career Girl." A loaded term, is it or not?
You are a woman working hard. Perhaps you are a university graduate, and perhaps you're not.
But you are good at your job and a grown woman.
And there is this stale concept from decades ago which is still around, a "working girl."
Are you working in a good company which has changed for the 21st century?
Or are you still laboring in a "man's world?"
Are you single and bumping up against "glass ceilings?"
Are you married and is your main pulling his full weight at home?
Are you a career mom and do double duty?
What ever your life looks like, you probably have a lot of stress.
You probably struggle with it often and do not really have an effective tool to get rid of it...
Joy and Stress
Being a mom brings a lot of joy.
It fills your life and it is a mission nature has prepared and actually built you for.
And you know it, there is also a lot of stress. Lots of demands constantly all at the same time.
Wouldn't it be good to have an easy way to lessen the daily stress load?...
