How do I know?
 
Because I had the most terrible stresses, you can imagine when I started out in life.

The first seven years of my life were filled with the horrors of war, being a refugee and with hunger.

During those first seven years of life our body and our mind are formed.

Severe stress is built in every cell of your body and every neuron of your brain.

I struggled with that for my whole life.
 
Only a little over a decade ago, I finally found the most powerful and natural solution to reclaim my inner peace, health and well-being.

I have taught that new technology to many hundreds of people. I have coached them how to use it to help themselves in total privacy.

Did You Know?
 
The stress hormone cortisol makes you crave sugar, fat, and more food than you need.

Stress hormons it keep you awake at night, restless, irritable, and exhausted.

What Can You Do?
 
You've heard some good advice: yoga, exercise, meditation, mindfulness, oils and massages, hot stones and stranger things.

You've done therapies and tried to eat right, vitamins and miracle pills.

Now don't get me wrong. I've tried them all and still use many of them.

But at the core they do not eliminate the stress at the root cause.

They help you deal with stress, but they do not get rid of the source of stress.

And stress will sabotage them all.
 
I cannot teach you here the ways to really get rid of stress at its source deep in your subconscious ancient brain!

This takes a book of explanation, the stories of real people who did it to demonstrate to you the power of those tools.

It takes a book to teach us the basics of these powerful techniques.

Get moving!

Regular exercise and movement is the most powerful tool to help you live with stress.

This means every single day to move and stretch.

This means at least three times a week some more intensive workouts.

30 to 40 minutes of brisk walking or a good exercise program in your neighborhood.

Yoga and tai chi are highly effective.

If you are not used to it start slowly with a gentle walk each day.

And then build up and feel younger already.

Now that you move it will be easier for you to eat healthy.

You sleep better.

And now a positive cycle begins to work for you. Be gentle with yourself.
 
You have an inner guidance system.

What feels good and makes you more relaxed is what you should focus on and do again.
